El concepto de ausencia se complejiza no solo siendo ligada a la muerte, sino estando relacionada también con problemas de migración, desplazamientos forzados, desapariciones, feminicidios, homicidios, detenciones ilegales, entre otros; todos estos factores latentes en Latinoamérica y que sumándole los factores de desigualdad y corrupción de nuestros países se vuelve una realidad diaria y dura que merma cada vez mas nuestras sociedades.
Los antecedentes de esta investigación se permean en diferentes proyectos que no necesariamente estan relacionados al ser una serie, mas bien parten del interes de complejizar la muerte que es la forma mas obvia de ausencia y luego comprenderla en otros niveles que sumen a la interiorizacion y consciencia del proceso de la “no presencia” que puede no ser necesariamente fisica.
The concept of absence becomes more complex not only being linked to death, but also being related to problems of migration, forced displacements, disappearances, femicides, homicides, illegal detentions, among others; all these latent factors in Latin America and that adding the factors of inequality and corruption in our countries becomes a daily and harsh reality that increasingly diminishes our societies.
The antecedents of this research are permeated in different projects that are not necessarily related to being a series, but rather from the interest of making death more complex, which is the most obvious form of absence and then understanding it in other levels that add to the internalization and consciousness of the process of “non-presence” that may not necessarily be physical.
